Marian Michalik
Marian Michalik, (19.06.1947-06.03.1997). In 1966 Marian Michalik completed the National High School of Fine Arts in Częstochowa. For several years he dealt with the art of design and usable art. Later on he became interested in easel painting and finally he decided to devote to it completely. Starting from the very first pictures, he consequently created the worlds of mysterious still natures, made of common, repetitive objects- accessories. The pictures emanating with the mystery of being, constituting thematic cycles are very popular among the audience.
